I am passionate that we, as a running community, can make a positive difference to others within the community through mutual respect, care and encouragement.
I love learning and sharing knowledge with others and believe that as we learn to become stronger, more efficient runners we can acheive our Goals.
5k up to Marathon any distance brings its own challenges and I love to push myself to reach my goals.
I am also the Clubs Welfare Officer. I have a firm belief that running can have a very positive impact on our mental Health and encourage people to seek help and support when it is needed. I am Mental Health First Aid Trained and we as a club regularly host mental health runs. This role extends to all areas of wellbeing and as such we seek to ensure that there are no barriers to individuals joining in with running.
