Each month we host a different worshops, which are free to Monthly members, provided by specialists from different backgrounds covering different aspects of running including: Foam Rolling Yoga For Runners Nutrition
We welcome all runners of all abilities and backgrounds. Our Aim is to provide a regular space for anyone who wants to train in a structured and purposeful way.
